  • With your insurer or TPA, where you have asked us to process a claim on your behalf
  • With Service Providers who support our operations, such as our website host, payment gateway or SMS/email provider, under confidentiality obligations
  • With government authorities or regulators where the law requires it

5. Retention of Your Information

Medical Data is retained for the period required under applicable Indian law and clinical practice guidelines. Website enquiry data is retained only as long as needed to respond to and resolve your enquiry, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

You may, at any time:

  • Ask us what Personal Data or Medical Data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
  • Withdraw a consent you previously gave, where our use of your data relies on that consent
  • Request a copy of your medical records, subject to our standard record-request process

Access to medical records is restricted to staff who need it for your care, and information submitted through this website travels over an encrypted connection. That said, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you are not comfortable sending sensitive medical details through a web form, please call us instead.

8. Children's Privacy

Where we provide care to a minor, we collect and use that patient's Medical Data with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who may exercise the rights described in Section 6 on the minor's behalf.
